Abstract

This project introduces an innovative edible dissolvable seasoning sachet designed to improve convenience and reduce packaging waste in instant meal preparation. Unlike traditional plastic or foil seasoning packets, the sachet is made from a food-grade, water-soluble film that dissolves quickly in boiling water, releasing seasoning evenly without tearing, spilling, or direct contact. The tasteless and safe-to-consume film leaves no residue, providing a hygienic and user-friendly experience. This eco-friendly solution supports the growing demand for sustainable and zero-waste packaging in the convenience food industry. By combining practicality, hygiene, and environmental responsibility, the project offers strong potential for future commercialization and sustainable food packaging innovation.
