LG PayTrack is a digital repayment management solution designed to address repayment challenges in Malaysia’s Rent-to-Own (RTO) market, particularly at LG Electronics Malaysia’s Kelantan branch. The system integrates with the LG ThinQ IoT ecosystem to provide real-time installment tracking, automatic reminders, digital invoices, and multi-platform payment features, even in areas with limited internet coverage. The innovation aims to improve repayment discipline, customer awareness, and operational monitoring while reducing default rates and increasing efficiency. By combining IoT technology with proactive financial management, LG PayTrack supports sustainable RTO business models and aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to responsible consumption, digital innovation, and financial accessibility.
