JKLM ialah jurnal Dalam Talian dan menerima pakai Single-Blind Reviewed dan diterbitkan Dwi-Tahunan (Mei dan November setiap tahun). Manuskrip dipilih berdasarkan proses semakan peer-review yang ketat untuk memastikan keaslian, kebaharuan dan kesan penerbitan kepada khalayak yang lebih luas.
